MONTE VISTSA— The Upper Rio Grande Economic Development monthly breakfast meeting will be held Tuesday, Oct. 9 at 7 a.m. at the Mountain View Restaurant in Monte Vista. The program will be by Sara Blackhurst, president of Action 22, who will talk about key legislative issues for our region in 2019. These issues will be the focus of the upcoming Action 22 Summit on Oct. 12 where attendees will identify and vote on 2019 priority issues.
