SAN LUIS VALLEY - Longtime valley Realtor, Tracy Gosar, was involved in a rollover accident the evening of Wednesday, Jan. 8.  Gosar suffered multiple injuries including broken vertebrae, ribs and collarbone.  She was life-flighted to Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs.  More recent information is that she will not require surgery but will have to undergo physical therapy. She is currently in rehab at St. Francis Medical Center in Colorado Springs.  Her family thanks those who have reached out to them and for their prayers.  Gosar is the 2019 Realtor of the Year for the Pagosa Springs Area Association of REALTORS® (PSAAR) and serves as president of PSAAR.
