Dear Editor,
Last Friday, I saw a young woman and two children on an ATV (camouflage colored) coming down off of the Spruce Street Trail Head. I stopped her and informed her that she was riding illegally on the Del Norte Trail System. Her response, “We’ve been doing it a long time.” Again I informed her she was not supposed to and it is posted “NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES.”
 As I tried to take her picture, she sped off down Spruce and then east on 11th. I did call Sargent Archuletta, from DN Police, who came to the area, but was unable to make contact. BOLO for this person on a Camouflage ATV riding illegally on our non-motorized trails.
