Teaching was her life’s passion, and she was continually inspired by her students. She strove to help them however she could. She also acted as an advisor for one of the most successful and active FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) chapters, organized and coordinated indoor 4-H events, and was a valued member of the PEO (Philanthropic Education Organization) Sisterhood.
