MONTE VISTA — One-Cent Project Fund Ballot Question Open House. Oct. 9, 6 p.m. at Rain Brews 102 Adams in Monte Vista.  City of Monte Vista Council will give a presentation on the proposed 1% tax increase question that will be on the Nov. 5, 2019, Election Ballot, then have a question and answer period after the presentation. This presentation will explain the proposed 1% tax increase and where the money will go and how it will be spent.
