MONTE VISTA - On Aug. 21 around 9:15 p.m. in the 1200 Block of Grande Avenue, an unknown male entered a residence and threatened the occupants with a handgun. According to the Monte Vista Police Department (MVPD), “The male was described as wearing all black with a black mask of some sort. He was around 6’0’’ in height, possibly blonde hair and estimated around 30 years of age. Officers arrived shortly thereafter and canvassed the area, looking for suspects but were unable to find them.”
