MONTE VISTA - The City of Monte Vista is experiencing some equipment failure with its mosquito spraying equipment and is currently waiting for parts. Therefore, mosquito spraying will be done with our only operational sprayer and scheduling is changing to the following.

June 2 - Spray East half of Monte Vista
June 4 - Spray West half of Monte Vista and Sherman
June 9 - Spray West half of Monte Vista and Sherman
June 11 - Spray East half of Monte Vista.

We expect parts to be delivered the week of June 8 but if they are not we will continue the above schedule until repairs are made.

Once repairs have been made we will go back to the regularly scheduled Thursday evenings. Mosquito Spraying will begin at 8 p.m. and is subject to weather.
