Kurstin Surface, 22, Monte Vista, was arrested for local warrantts on the 900 block of Morton.

Nov. 6
MV PD responded to the 400 block of 1st Ave. for a found three-year-old child; child was reunited with mother.
Report of two residents at the Monte Vista Estates having money stolen at their facility. Report in progress.
Monique Martinez, 27, was arrested for 1st Degree criminal trespass in the 10 block of North Washington.
A report of a vehicle driving careless in the high school parking lot (200 block of E. Prospect Ave.) Suspect identified.
Rio Grande DSS assist in the 400 block of Jefferson Street. All parties were located and removed from the residence.
Horacio Naranjo, 50, Monte Vista, was arrested for several warrants out of the Rio Grande County Sheriff’s Office and summonsed for Violation of a Protection Order.

Alexis Villalba, 20, Monte Vista, was taken into custody for Monte Vista Municipal Warrants
Report of a traffic accident at Grande Ave and Alameda Blvd; Bobby Pugh of Texas cited for careless driving.

Angela Gonzales, 27, Monte Vista, was arrested on a felony warrant out of RGSO, in the 900 block of 8th Avenue.
Brandon Martinez, 21, Monte Vista, was arrested on a Domestic Violence warrant out of Alamosa PD, in the 300 block of South Broadway.

Nov. 9
Renee Martinez, 35, Monte Vista, was arrested for having an active $50 warrant out of Rio Grande County. Renee was later given a PR Bond.

Report of a stolen video recorder. This took place in the 1500 block of Grande Ave.
Angela Median-Roybal, 35, was arrested for having an active Misdemeanor warrant out of Alamosa County.
Eliana Sanchez, 19, Monte Vista, was issued a summons for “Failed to Stop in Place Required,”
“Underaged Possession of Marijuana” and “Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.”

There was report of a domestic problem on the 500 block of 1st Ave.
Noe Arroyo-Villagomez, 39, Monte Vista, was arrested on a violation of protection order, in the area of 700 block of South Broadway.
Silviano Torres, 20, Del Norte, arrested for DUI; Josie Sanchez, 20, Del Norte, arrested Minor in possession.

Nov. 11
Justin Parnell, 27, Caseyville, Ill., was arrested on the charge of DUI in the 1300 block of Grand Ave.
April Pino, 20, Monte Vista, was cited for Driving Without a License and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle at the 2000 block of Grande Ave. Sabrina Sanchez was taken into custody for Shoplifting from Family Dollar and Criminal Impersonation.
26-year-old male arrested near the intersection of 8th Avenue and Jefferson Street for Driving Under the Influence, Driving while license revoked, and a Restraining Order Violation.
MVPD officers responded to 701 1st A venue, for a male individual trespassing. Orlando Sigala, 19, Monte Vista, was issued summons for MIP. Sigala released to his father.
