Harassment complaint in the 1100 block of Acequia Dr.
Two-car traffic accident in the area of 1st Ave and Adams St.
Mr. Brian Wright was arrested on the charge of DUI, failure to provide proof of insurance and defective headlamp.

Identity theft in the 200 block of Dennis St.; report taken
Welfare check in the 1100 block of Acequia Dr.; report taken and referred to RGDSS.
Vivian Suazo, 59, Monte Vista, was cited and summoned for violation of restraining order.

Attempted suicide in the 400 block of Jackson St.
Henry Martinez, 34, Monte Vista, was issued a municipal summons for MTC 1409 (2) Compulsory Insurance and MTC (201)(1) Obstructed Vision. This stop took place on 2nd Ave. and Broadway.
Jan. 31
Report of first degree criminal trespass in the 900 block of Third Ave.
LaLonnie Trujillo, 49, Monte Vista was issued a summons for compulsory insurance and driving under restraint. This took place in the 1200 block of Second Ave.
Monique Martinez, 27, Monte Vista was arrested for two warrants our of RGSO.
There was a report of a gas skip, in the 1300 block of Grand Ave.

Feb. 1
MVPD took a report for a civil issue.
Report of a juvenile who told his mother he was going to kill himself. This took place in the 1900 block of Huxley; mental health was contacted.
Angelia Medina-Ruybal, 35, Monte Vista, was taken into protective custody for intoxication, in the 300 block of Batterson St.
Saul Lopez was taken to detox after report of domestic that was unfounded in the 500 block of Martha St.

Feb. 2
Report of Criminal Mischief in the 900 block of Clay St. Waiver of prosecution signed
There was a call for a female party that needed to be removed from a residence in the 300 block of Alameda Blvd.
There was a report of a disturbance in progress in the 500 block of Batterson St.
Robert Garcia, 47, Monte Vista, was arrested on a Rio Grande County warrant.

Feb. 3
Terri Salazar was taken to detox after issues with family in the 2100 block Sherman Ave.
Wilfred Sandoval, 26, Monte Vista, arrested Domestic violence.
Austin Jiron-Atencio, 18, Monte Vista, was taken into custody at 400 block of Calle Unida for Harassment, Criminal Mischief, and Domestic Violence that occurred in the 10 block of Rickey Place.
Civil Dispute in the 500 block of Martha Street. Report taken.
LaLonnie Trujillo, 49 of Monte Vista/Pueblo, was cited for Driving Under Suspension and Violation of a Protection Order at the 300 block of Alameda Blvd.
Report taken of a possible stolen vehicle and Domestic Violence.
Sean Saxton, 37, of Monte Vista, was arrested on 2nd Degree Assault and Criminal Mischief on the 200 block of Covey St.
