Jan. 14
Augustine Elliot, 60, Monte Vista, arrested for eluding police and driving HTO
Report of identity theft in the 600 block of Franklin Street.
Reporting Identity theft in the 100 block of Morris.
Krista Casebolt, 32, Monte Vista, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at the 500 block of Batterson St. Ronney Pacheco, 31, Monte Vista, also trespassed and was removed from the property.
Traffic summons for driving under revoked license and improper use of turn signal.

Jan. 16
Walk in at the PD for criminal mischief at the 100 block of Tyndal.
Call for a child running by the road, a 35-year-old female arrested on a local warrant; the female party was issued a PR bond and released.
Steven Flores Jr., 36, Denver, was issued a summons for DUR Outstanding Judgment, in the 1200 block of Park A venue.

Jan. 17
19-year-old male, possible overdose at the 500 block of Batterson St.; male was transported by ambulance to SLV Health.
Lucas Chavez, 40, Center, was arrested for DUR HTO and two other misdemeanor warrants, in the 500 block of Franklin Street.
Ricky Trujillo, 28, Monte Vista, had a warrant issued for his arrest for 1st Degree Burglary, Domestic Violence and 3rd Degree Assault, the event took place in the 400 block of Ulysses Blvd.
Juan Samora 30, Monte Vista, was charged with resisting arrest, in the 400 block of Dunham Street.

Jan. 18
Little Sippy Archuleta, 38, Monte Vista, was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Violation of a Protection Order.
Alamosa PD Officer S. Earls advised of a possible assault that may have occurred in the city of Monte Vista.

Jan. 19
There was report of a dog bite on the 300 block of Madison St.
Report of an assault. Found to be a verbal argument. Report filed.
Harassment complaint call back request. Report taken. Nothing further.

Jan. 20
Carlos Tafoya reported that he was assaulted and held hostage by Devon Montoya with a gun, knife and dog bite. He had apparent injury. Montoya is still outstanding.
Unknown male party reported being suspicious at Big R (105 Chico C amino St).
