MONTE VISTA—The Monte Vista Chamber of Commerce would like to invite the community to join the Jessie May Olson Memorial Community Garden groundbreaking/ribbon-cutting ceremony and yard sale on June 24. The yard sale will be from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. The groundbreaking/ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mayor Debbie Garcia and the Monte Vista Conquistadores will be held at 1 p.m. at 1703 Huxley Ave. on the corner of Huxley and Stallo. All the yard sale proceeds will go the community garden.
