The Monte Vista Conquistadors welcomed Kaligan’s to the community last Saturday, April 7. Located at 116 Washington, Kaligan’s features upcycled, recycled, rustic and eclectic home décor and will soon be conducting workshops on everything from milk paint and glass jars to windows and gallery walls.
