The Vali 3 Theater Advisory Board and the Monte Vista Conquistadors, with considerable assistance from the staff at Rainbow’s End and the Monte Vista Kids Connection, put on the first Downtown Kids Carnival this past Saturday afternoon. The theater board sends their thanks to all of the participants involved, including the Monte Vista Ambulance Service, the Monte Vista Police Department and the City of Monte Vista for their assistance.
