Dear Editor,
The members of Monte Vista Elks Lodge # 2456 would like to thank the following businesses for their donations to help make our Community Thanksgiving dinner a success: Rhoda and her crew at The Sunflour Cafe, Top Value, Ronnie Martinez at Mountain View Restaurant, Skyline Potato, Ski Hi Stampede Committee, Monte Vista Fire Department and Kip Sowards from Monte Vista Safeway. Thank you to the following people that helped us by serving dinner: Jim Brown, Dallas Anderson, Dawn Martin, Jarrad Martin, Marian Nichols, Kathy Jo Martinez, Karla Shriver, Bob and Elaine Smith, Pat and Cathy Sullivan, Cody Sullivan, Aaron Garcia, Sherrie and Henry Hosselkus and Elizabeth Ross. Particular thanks  goes to all those wonderful people who came out to eat dinner with us. A special last thank you to C.E. Glunz and chairman, Ben Gibbons, for their hard work and all they did. Thank you so much to everyone— without all of you, none of this would have been possible!
