Byron Syring Delta Center Students recently participated in a community service project and showed their empathy for the less fortunate. The students went out during a snow storm and placed homemade scarves around trees and poles and other public places around the community for the free taking by those who may need them. Over 200 scarves were made by Billie Washburn. Amy Raya from SLV Boces Swap partnered with the Delta Center students to make this kindhearted project possible.
