RIO GRANDE COUNTY—The Rio Grande County Clerk & Recorder's office will be closed Tuesday, March 20. All employees will be attending training for the new Colorado Department of Revenue DRIVES project which will replace the 1980s computer programming for all motor vehicle transactions.
