City Council meeting in person

MONTE VISTA - The Monte Vista City Council will have different options for those wanting to attend their June 4 city council meeting. The Council will be meeting in person at City Hall and the public is allowed to attend. However they are still limited to a group size of 10 people. To help with this issue, they will have overflow seating set up in the courtroom with a screen to watch the meeting if more than 10 people attend. Citizens can also join the meeting via zoom and the City will have the login posted on their website under “Community Development,” after clicking on that tab attenders should click on the events tab and then they should find the meeting for June 4. Once they click on that it will have the zoom invite and information.

If you do decide to attend the meeting in person the City asks that you wear a mask. The City also asks that you please do not attend if you are feeling sick or running a fever. Instead they request that you join them by tuning in on zoom, to keep everyone safe.
