Call for fiber art vendors

FORT GARLAND— The Fort Garland Museum & Cultural Center will be hosting “From Land to Hand: Fiber Arts in the San Luis Valley” a fiber festival, on June 9. The event will celebrate the tradition of sheep raising, the new industry of hemp fiber production and works by fiber artists in the San Luis Valley. The museum is looking for vendors whose products are plant fiber or animal fiber related. Booth fee is $50 per space and deadline to apply is May 25.
