ALAMOSA—The 14th annual Stephanie L Miner 5K Walk and Run will be at Cole Park on Saturday, Sept. 23, with announcements at 9:30 a.m. and the event starting at 10 a.m. To register, go online at sanluisvalleyhealth.org or call the SLV Health Foundation office at 587-5707. Cost is $30 if pre-registered and will receive a t-shirt. Funds stay local, helping support all those dealing with cancer from prevention to treatment.
